I have so many friends who find insult in such comments: homeschooling, adopting, infertility, and they can’t find the humor in ignorance. You have a wonderful way of educating that and smiling while doing it.

I for one love Mexican food!!! But I can’t seem to find a real yummy Spanish Rice recipe. Do you happen to have a good one to share?? Can it be made low sodium?
