					<description><![CDATA[I hope your family feels better soon. Stress has a way of zapping creativity and it sounds like you have more than your fair share just now. Maybe this will help.
I have never been one to yell, but when my children were little there were a number of times that stress turned me into a dragon. I know how that feels, it scares the kids and makes us feel horrible. The best way I got my calm back was lots of deep breaths and multiple five to ten minute mommy time outs during the day. I would tell the kids mommy needs a time out and put them in a safe spot (crib, playpen, their bedroom) and I would find a comfortable spot for me to sit, turn on ambient music to block out the majority of other sound, close my eyes and do relaxing imagery for five or ten minutes. 
Hang in there it shouldn&#039;t take too long for the universe to grant your wish especially with a little extra wishing power from all of us out here in blog land.]]></description>
