It takes some a lifetime to realize this important lesson. A great book that you might enjoy because it talks about this very topic is Ekhart Tolle’s THE POWER OF NOW. It blew my mind and made me realize how much of my mental energy was spent in the past and the future, like the present never happened.

Unless you are imprisoned most of us have a good amount of freedom on how to spend most of those minutes. Attitude is powerful and important.
It’s been said time is money. I don’t think it works in the other direction. Maybe time is a gift. Sharing gifts – rewarding thing to do.
