What a cleverly produced post – I’m most impressed!

Don’t suppose you have any idea about the calorie content? It sounds as though it is likely to be reasonably low – but high on protein, so a sure winner.

In reply to Presleyspantry. The kidney beans came about because I used to always put grilled chicken in it and I didn't have any. I wanted it to be a little heartier and the kidney beans did the trick.

I’m sure you’ve heard of the birth control controversy going on right now. However, you probably haven’t heard about Rush Limbaugh. (Just be glad you haven’t). He recently said that anyone taking birth control is a slut and many other horrible things. Anyway, he’s entitled to his opinion…I get that. However, he is going to be honored HONORED! in the Missouri state capitol. I do not think he should be given any special recognition or awards.
