So on March 31st, I was invited to try Google Shopping Express not only for free, but with a $200 credit to see how I liked the service. Getting home delivery is perfect for this work-at-home mami so I was pretty darned excited.
The day, I got that email, was a very rough day. I was pooped, but I took a few quiet moments in the evening to go shopping via Google Shopping Express. I was able to shop a variety of my favorite stores, like Target, Whole Foods, and Costco. I placed my order and then chose a window of time that I would like to have then delivered the next day. You can get same day delivery, but I was ordering at night so that wasn’t going to happen for me.
The next day I got my delivery from all three stores at once. Do you know how much time it would have taken me to visit all three stores on my own? That would have been a day long endeavor, no thank you!
The process ‘twas simple. My one criticism would be that I look forward to them expanding the number of items available. For example, although I can shop items from Whole Foods, I can not shop for every item that Whole Foods carries, I get a curated list to pick from.
Here’s what I wrote about the experience on Facebook the day I received my delivery. You can check out my fresh reaction below.
If you are considering trying out Google Shopping Express for yourself, here are 3 hassle-free reasons to give it a go:

Online shopping is the best thing that happened to me – I remember my first purchase back in 2003 when I was skeptical about using my credit card 🙂 But a couple of times later, there was just no looking back, especially since I was holding two jobs, a growing little boy and a sick Mom. Saved me gazillion hours – hours that I could enjoy with my family instead or just spend going out without an agenda for shopping.

I believe you meant to say “I took a few QUIET moments in the evening to go shopping via Google Shopping Express.”
