Hi Mami, How cool are those shoes! I especially like the first red ones and of course the very cute pink last ones 🙂
Thanks for hosting SIMC! xo jj
What an interesting idea…I’d never of thought of planting in shoes!! I’m passing by Alamo Square often but have never stopped. Would have loved seeing these.
the many things that grow in shoes – little kids are the best
What delightful shots! I love the idea of a shoe garden!
That’s one way to recycle old shoes. I laughed when I saw the 70’s platform shoes!
Love it! A natural shoe shop in Alamo Square 🙂
My Grammy used to grow “chicken & hens” just like that. I think that is what those plants are called anyways. My favorite of course are the last ones 🙂
i love it! What a cool idea for old shoes
Love the disco platform shoe, but the little one in her Robeez is just precious.
That is such a cool idea! I may have to steal it. I especially like the monkey grass in the soccer cleats. I have LOTS of old soccer shoes.
Oh my word. I LOVE her little shoes. They are just the cutest things EVER! What a sweetie : ) Hope you are feeling great today and your Sunday is relaxing. Love, Becky
Very cool, Mami. You find the best things to share, especially that wonderful last pic.
Are they in your garden what a novel idea!
🙂 great idea!
I have to check what kind of shoes I could use for planting! 🙂
But I need to be careful not to grow a plant like you have in your last shoes…. 🙂
OMG!!I loveeeeeeeeee That Idea!!! OMG!!!! I think the girls and I might do that! what a delight!!!
Btw I have had you and your baby on my brain,.. thinking about you often all my love, thoughts and prayers
Initially I thought you had placed each of your shoes in your garden and clicked shots..:D Until I read about the “Shoe Garden”. Quite a strange one though..:)
What a cool idea!
My favorite pair of shoes are the last ones 🙂
So very sweet, that last photo. So preciously sweet. How are you feeling???? I think of you.
Overall, I’m feeling pretty good. I’m just super tired all the time.
Thank you so much for your kind thoughts. It’s so nice to know that I have positive thoughts being sent my way.
I hope you and your beautiful family have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
What a creative garden. Love your closing photo, too.
Such a cute idea to grow plants in shoes.
Cute!
Put-Pie’s shoes were the best because Put-Pie is growing out of them.
I’ve never seen something like this before!
Like the shoes being used as plant pots.
Thanks for popping over to see my entry, I had such fun taking the Captain America series shots and think I might just do some more of them as they did make me laugh. Not sure if Marvin will get the permanent role of sidekick though as I liked the fact of him being an imposter!!!! Who will he be next?
Those are so cute and different. Thank you for sharing.
I LOVE the shoes! Creative and whimsical! Thank you so much for hosting this site. This is my second visit posting on Sundays. So much fun to browse through all the posts, and show-off a little of my site of the mountains!
Have a great day!
Jen

Shoe Garden! What a great idea…loving the last pair the best, though :o)
That is so cool. What a thought. Maybe next time I won’t toss my tennis shoes. I’ll just use them to grow a little garden of my own.
A shoe garden! That’s something altogether unusual and different.
Amiga, I’ve been able to put together a comment post for this week. I’m leaving the link, and going off to write my novel….only 11,000 words to go!
Sending you positive thoughts and good wishes….
Awesomeness… my grandmother would love this! She has her own shoe garden collection. Thanks for sharing!
