Hola Chulas y Chulos! It’s time for your weekly chanclazo from The Flying Chancla Report. I’ve cast my chancla far and wide across the internets and this is what it has smacked across:
- So there is an official Frida Kahlo app and it’s free. You can download it via Google Play or iTunes. Well, FREE is one of my favorite words so, of course, I had to download the app and see what it was all about. I’m not gonna lie, at this point it is pretty underwhelming. It’s got a Wiki-style kind of bio about Frida and there are some pictures on it too, but that’s about it. Supposedly, there will be more content and features added to the app that won’t be free. We shall see because as it stands now there isn’t much to see.

- I checked out out the pilot for Amazon’s “Casanova” starring Diego Luna as Casanova and I must say, I would not mind watching mucho más of where that came from. I liked it. Check out the trailer below and tell me if you are interested:
ALSO READ: Is Your Abuela Sexist? - Please, watch this video of an adorable little boy trying to break a board to get his white belt in Taekwondo. It is so sweet, funny, touching and inspiring. Next time you feel like giving up on something that takes you more than a few attempts to master, I want you to remember this little boy and his awesomely supportive instructor, ‘kay?!
- It is not secret that I am a #planneraddict. I love paper planners so much that I have to be careful about browsing for them because I will end up buying another one even if I already have plenty. If you are a planner addict that also blogs, you might want to check out this Organizada planner designed with bloggers in mind.

That’s it for this week’s The Flying Chancla Report. I love you mucho and remember, spread love, not chanclazos!

Hey I just saw your pic over at the new FF hostess’s blog post. I thought you might be doing a FF post yourself since you connected with Traci.

I miss FF, but I can’t commit to visiting everyone anymore so I gave it up awhile ago.
