Hola Chulas y Chulos! Hope you had a fantastic week. What better way to end it than with your weekly dose of The Flying Chancla Report? My trusty chancla has been all over the internet finding items that you will give a flying chancla about. Ready? Vamonos!
- You become a mom and you find yourself talking to your children in ways that you would NEVER talk to someone else. Don’t believe me? Watch this video called, “If Moms Talked to Each Other The Way They Talk to Their Kids” and tell me it’s not spot on and hilarious. I’m TOTALLY going to start talking to everyone the way I talk to my kids. I might not have any friends soon, but I will laugh my pompis off.

- So Day of the Dead is coming right up and you probably don’t think of it as a card holiday and to be honest neither do I, but can you pretty please check out this Día de los Muertos card. Isn’t it cute? I think aside from being a lovely card it would be nice to display or include as part of an altar.
- As a woman raising two daughters this video really struck a cord with me because even in this day and age so many times as women we find ourselves stuck between a rock and a hard place. Am I right or am I right?

- Remember how Tina Fey was on the season 4 premier of “Billy on the Street” and she couldn’t name 20 Latino performers in 60 seconds? If you don’t remember, feel free to click over and check it out. I’ll totally wait here for you. Anyway, America Ferrera made a parody with comedian Colton Dunn. I kind of love it.
Colton on the Street: White American FerreraWe did our own version of Billy on the Street’s #LatinaFey Challenge, and boy was it hard. Watch the #WhiteAmericanFerrera Challenge with me and Colton Dunn.

If the video doesn’t load or play, it’s because Facebook hates me. I’m sorry and feel free to click over to FB to see the video, but come back and show me some love by sharing or leaving a comment, ‘kay?(Update: I found it on YouTube so that one should play just fine for you.)
That’s it for this week’s The Flying Chancla Report. I love you mucho and remember, spread love, not chanclazos!

I watched the first clip. Funny. Sometimes my wife talks to me like that but I guess sometimes I do stupid childish stuff like have a tantrum. Well I’m off to see what chanclazos translates to.
