One of the awesome things about having a blog is that you can look back and be reminded of where you’ve been. Last year at this time for Sundays In My City, I shared pictures of a fantastic trip that I took to New York City. The trip was because I was chosen as a #TopBloguera and was invited to visit the United Nations and attend the #Latism13 Conference. Becoming a blogger changed my life in ways I could have never imagined and continues to present me with opportunities that blow my mind. The best part is that I have done NONE of this alone, whatever success I have achieved in my tiny corner of the internet is because of you and your support. Thank you! I love you mucho even if I’ve never laid eyes on you in person. I mean it.
I showed you mine, now show me yours.
Share your city/town/suburb/you name it! Think of this as a photography carnival or photography meme (with or without words) that not only lets you share your part of the world, but lets you visit other parts of the world virtually. If you link up, please link back or post the Sundays In My City button either in your post or sidebar to let people know that other bloggers are sharing their communities too. Happy trails!

Thank you for hosting a wonderful blog hop every week.
Cool that you won a trip to New York., and I totally agree, the blogging community is amazing.
Thank you!
Blogging has been excellent way to learn about social media…. It’s 6 years this autumn when I started, oh how time flies…
Have a good week ahead!
It is wonderful to look back. Thanks for hosting this blog!
Felicidades! Always a pleasure when another blogger shares her good fortune. I love NY, too. In fact, you’ve just put an idea in my noggin. Think I should make a trip up there soon, yes?
Yes! I say go to New York whenever possible.
I always enjoy a trip back to New York. I remember that weekend and being so excited for you. I am glad that blogging has brought you so much. I am also glad it has brought me back you!
🙂

Me too, Traci. You are definitely one of the best things blogging has done for me. It’s been a pleasure to be able to re-find you this way.
XOXO
How awesome to have had that opportunity!
One of the things I love about my photo blog is looking back at past images and all the memories they bring back

I just came to say thank you for the time I’ve been simc ‘member’.
I’ve noticed that people are not that active commenting anymore so it’s time to move on.
All the best and have a beautiful autumn!
Several of those places are on my list of things to see if I ever get to New York City!
