It’s time to make some Wednesday Wishes in an effort to manifest abundance. The Universe has plenty to give to all of us, so let’s got to voicing what we want.
Here’s what I’m wishing for this week:
1. My mother has been sick. She’s one of those people that never seems to feel well and complains quite a bit, so sometimes when she’s really not well it takes me a while to notice. Well, she’s really not well. Universe, send some healing powers her way por please.
2. My eldest, Put Pie, showed me how large her heart is this week. Teachers at her school are not happy with the proposed new contract so for this week, they are only going to work the hours that they are paid for as a sort of educational protest to show us how much extra work they put in on a regular basis. I guess Put Pie’s teacher explained to the class what is going on and Put Pie walked away from it feeling that her teacher does not get paid enough, so she came home and told me that she would like to give her teacher the money in her piggy bank. She wrote her teacher a note saying that she does not need the money and she would like her to have it because she deserves it for being a very good teacher. I cried when she told me she wanted to do it, I cried when she wrote the letter and put the money together and I cried when she gave it to the teacher. The teacher gave her a big hug and would not accept the money, but thanked her for it and used it for math class that day as a way to honor my daughter’s generosity. Universe, I am so freakin’ proud of my kid it makes my eyes leak. Please protect and nurture this child’s generous spirit.
3. I’d love an evening to do nothing with my hubby except each other’s company.
That’s it for me!

Your Put Pie story deserves a post all its own. She really has the Christmas spirit. All the best to your mom.
