3 Great Quotes from #BlogHer14

A'Driane Nieves quote

Arianna Huffington quote

August McLaughlin quote

I made my way to San Jose last week for the BlogHer ‘14 Conference and although I’m not a conference recap kind of blogger, I did collect some pearls of wisdom in the form of the above three quotes that I just had to share with you.

I had a great time. A big hearty thank you to the organizers, the sponsors, the panelists, the speakers, the volunteers, the attendees, and the staff at the San Jose Convention Center for creating an environment that was both inspiring and encouraging. I left with a renewed sense of why I blog and a deepened desire to blog on!

I saw that Arianna quote on another post about the convention. Also mentioned was her new book about life lessons. Getting sleep is very important and I understand she also doesn’t believe being busy is so important. Something about the “being busy” myth.
