Everyday Adventure + Drazil Kids Tea Giveaway

Unknown Papi and I decided to take our girls for an impromptu adventure after their afternoon nap. The girls are still at an age where we pretty much have to pack snacks whenever we go on an everyday adventure. This particular adventure would be no different, especially since it involved doing a little physical activity in an nearby empty parking lot. Sure, a parking lot may not seem like such an adventurous place to you, but when you are raising kids in an urban area and they need space to practice their bike riding skills, an empty parking lot is divine. So off we went with our snacks, helmets and smiles.

After some play, kids and parents get thirsty. Now I’m not going to lie, our hands down favorite all time, go-to beverage will always be water.

Water is phenomenal, but on occasion we’re up for something with a little more flavor. I’m not big on giving my kids juices because our pediatrician warned us against it, so juice boxes are not something we keep stocked in the fridge, but on this trip we did bring a special kind of boxed drink called Drazil Kids Tea. I was sent a case of four different flavors for the kids to try, which included Tropical Burst, Grape Bliss, Yummy Berry, and Punch Passion.

Now,why tea for kids? Well, first of all there is no caffeine in this tea, it’s herbal, so you need not worry about creating buzzed out kiddy monsters. Drazil (lizard spelled backwards) has a delicious flavor that is a combination of herbal teas and fruit juice. It’s sweetened with real fruit juices, not cane sugar, and it ends up having 35% less sugar than 100% juice. It also contains antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.

That’s all swell and dandy, but if it doesn’t taste good my kids won’t drink it because they are beyond finicky. Well, they like it, they really like it. Their favorite flavor is Grape Bliss. Unfortunately, for my kids, their parents like it too. Unknown Papi and I have been drinking the Drazil Kids Tea just as much if not more than our kids.

If you’ve got kids that are hooked on sugary drinks or juices, Drazil Kids Tea is a great alternative. If you live in Northern California, lucky you, Drazil Kids Tea is available at a bunch of stores near you. If you don’t live in Northern California, no worries, you can order Drazil Kids Tea via Amazon.

My kids don’t drink soda an some juice is either nasty or just as bad as soda so I am happy to find a caffeine free drink with low sugar for on the go. No need to delude yay! count me in! I would totally share with my kiddos!

I love giving tea to my kids. I’ve always been against juice too (those are for special occasions), but I will happily brew tea for them. I would share it with my two boys.

      Kelly,

I didn’t change my blog, but I noticed a really big drop in traffic and I finally looked into it today. Something was (might still be) wrong with my feed and it wasn’t updating or sending out my posts. Boo!!! I thought everyone was boycotting me for some reason. Anyway, hopefully I fixed it because I was getting awfully lonely.
      We’ll see.

I would share these teas with my friend Sarah and her 3 children. They sound wonderful and I went over to Amazon and put some in my cart! I only drink water with fresh lemon and sometimes green tea.
