- Pues Jennifer Lopez tweeted out the lyric video of her new song “Ain’t Your Mama,” written by Meghan Trainor before her scheduled performance of the song on the series finale of “American Idol.” It’s catchy and I’m sure the anthem will resonate with many women ’cause dang it our viejos can be such flojos.

- Sometimes it’s hard to have compassion for people when we really don’t understand what it’s like to be them. It’s easy to judge even if you don’t know what the heck you are talking about. The National Autistic Society put together this video that is around 90 seconds long in an effort to help those of us who don’t know what it’s like to deal with the sensory overload that a person with autism deals with understand and maybe even sympathize a bit. It’s Autism Awareness Month and watching and sharing this video could help toward creating a more understanding and supportive environment for all our brothers and sisters with autism.

I tell you this because I find it hilarious that there is a company called Fuchíla Freshners that sells “Chicano & Latino pop culture inspired line of air freshners.” They are freakin’ adorbs, you guys! I don’t even care what they smell like, I just want them. I might buy myself a whole bunch to hang on my Christmas tree this year because I think they make for awesome decorations regardless of their air freshening properties. Look at a few of the designs and tell me what you think.
Check out all of the designs on the Fuchíla Freshners website and if you feel compelled to buy me all of them, I won ‘t stop you.
That’s it for this week’s The Flying Chancla Report. I love you mucho and remember, spread love, not chanclazos!
