Fragmented Fridays

Random photos…Shall we say they are fragmented?…that never made it into a post, now have their moment on the front page.

Girl and shopping cart

Lazy turtle

Chevrolet Truck

Baby on tummy

Baby foot

Pretending to cook

Old record store sign

Baby Rattle

Small rake

Onion Plant

And now your Friday Fortune Cookie
(don’t forget to add “in bed” at the end, if you are so inclined):

Right now I’m really jealous of the ‘gardening’ photos because all of our soil is frozen stiff.  Too cold.   And I love that dress that PutPie is wearing.

Oh my goodness!  I LOVE how you drew a stove top on a paper over her little table!!!!  Such a GRAND idea  – – – and this way, that table can become whatever you can imagine and then change it into!!!

Love love love the pic of the baby foot! I have one
just like it of my last baby. I have a thing
for baby feet. I have not been around much…
my oldest who just turned 19 is a drug addict
and it is really affecting our family…anyways,
I love reading your blog and I hope to be back
    into the blogging world soon.

I have a thing for baby feet too.

I am so sorry to hear about your eldest. I don’t know if you know or not, but my brother is a heroin addict. He’s been abusing some type of drug since he was 14 years old. Most recently he went to rehab for 6 months, came back, and promptly got himself arrested for burglary I believe. At the moment he is in jail and it is not his first time. Loving an addict sucks; it’s painful, terrifying, and oh so depleting. I am very sorry that you are going through this. I hope your eldest finds help and that you find some peace in the turbulence. Sending hugs and support.

These are quite eclectic! Photos of your girls always make me feel warm and fuzzy inside…  What’s the story on the “RECORDS” in the oven?

It’s a Records sign on a gate for a Record Store that is down the street from me.

I mean I’m a little weird, but I wouldn’t bake that in my oven.

Not sure when that top photo was taken, but for me it’s so typical CA, girls in sleeveless dresses. It poured here over night but now it’s clear and the sun is trying to breaking through. Hope you have a great week ahead.
