This time next week, I will be in Miami! Woo hoo! You see, Que Rica Vida is flying Unknown Mami to Miami for the launch of their new website. I am attending the event as a media guest of General Mills, which means they are covering my transportation and lodging. Oh and did I mention that it’s taking place during my birthday week!
Perhaps, this is no big deal to you, but to me it’s HUGE! A little over a year ago, when I started this blog, I never would have imagined that it would lead to such amazing opportunities. Also, none of this would be possible without the support of this wonderful blogging community. So, thank you! Thank you so much for taking me to Miami for my birthday. Mami in Miami!

Have you ever wondered about Nielsen ratings and what kind of households participate? Well, this week our household is participating. For a whole week we will be keeping a log of anything and everything we watch for over 5 minutes. Of course, I’ll be watching shows that I don’t want to get canceled. I happen to be watching The Office as I write this.
