This is a compensated campaign in collaboration with Comcast. All opinions and comments are my own.
A few weeks ago I attended the closing party of the San Francisco Latino Film Festival hosted by Xfinity. In addition to celebrating the success of the festival and films presented, I got to learn about FreePass Latino.
In all honesty, I had never heard of FreePass Latino before. Here’s what I learned:
What is FreePass Latino?
It is a bicultural viewing event that gives Xfinity TV customers access to over 1,000 hours of English and Spanish entertainment including movies, TV series, telenovelas and children’s shows on X1 and across devices at no additional cost.
When is FreePass Latino 2018 happening?
It’s going down October 15-28.
How do you access FreePass Latino?
Xfinity X1 customers can access the curated content by saying “Free Pass Latino” into the X1 Voice Remote – which, by the way, is a better listener than my husband – or by navigating to the Latino destination within Xfinity On Demand.
What can you find on FreePass Latino 2018?
- Blockbuster films from across Latin America and the U.S. like:
- “Macho” starring Miguel Rodarte
- “Esar y no Estar”
- “Cuatro en la Habana” from Cinelatino
- Hit TV series like:
- “Hip-Hop Houdini”
- “Lucha Underground”
- “Sr. Avila”

Of course NOT! But you do have to be an Xfinity X1 customer to access the content available from Oct. 15-28.
