    Lovely pics. So cheerful!

4.20 eh? Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code is all about offenses related to cheating and dishonesty and can mean punishments and fines and up to 7-years imprisonment. Con mens are referred to as “420”s.

4:20 is code for smoking pot. It started long ago with a group of high school kids who meet at 4:20 PM. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/04/20/420-weed-day-marijuana-april-holiday_n_1437964.html

I absolutely love your photos of Haight Street! The close-ups of the signage are filled with such vibrant colors, and the three shots in a row of the man sitting on the hydrant is intriguing. Just wondering… what is the meaning behind the clock always reading 4:20?

The wonderful color and character of Haight Street makes the market look like a lot of fun. The stuck clock is funny…

4:20 that’s funny. I would have never thought a time would have taken on so much meaning. I don’t know how long the street is. Were your near the famous intersection with Ashbury?

I always enjoy these…my first plane trip when I was 15 was to san fran to visit my cousin at stanford and the plane landed in san fran and I saw a tall thin white guy with an afro (real hair) and bell- bottom pants that were high-waters too! I fell in love with the city and still do!

Kyle was in The Haight last week, with Alayna. I thought about calling you, but I know how busy you are…I did think of you, though 🙂 Very cool…(The Haight, and you, of course.)
