Fantastic! I am going to share this with my classes!
I’m glad you like it enough to share. I turned it into a PDF printable if you want to download it: https://byclaudya.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/Get-Out-Of-Your-Way.pdf
That’s precisely what I did. Love the photo, UM!
I love this!
Love this! Such a good question…what would I be?
Anything you want.
LOVE THIS!!!
I still need to work on just letting myself be. Thanks so much for the reminder. 🙂
I’d be a philanthropist and benefactor for the arts!
I like that! Philanthropy and art make the world a better place.
This is fantastic! Honestly the best “writer” quote I think I’ve ever seen! 🙂
Thank you!
I LOVE this!! I’m printing this out and taping it to my desk 🙂
Wait! I’ll turn it into a printable and then you can print it.

a ballerina – I’m already a sarcastic guy.
I do like the idea in your truism poster. I pinned it over on my pinterest board called “one-liners”. I was lucky (?) to not get my negative thoughts get in my way when I was young. I had goals and went after them. I made a few and few I didn’t. Failure is a positive thing too if you have the right attitude about it.
One-liners is a great name for a board. You’d make a very unique ballerina. The industry could use some diversity.
thanks but here’s an example of what my ballerina talent might be:

Seriously, when things seem difficult I try to remind myself to get out of the damn way LOL I’d still be a writer but I’d be a professional interviewer, documenting the stories of fascinating people.
Love that print. I would open m own children’s bookstore complete with puppet shows and a small treat stand. Hmmmm….
Hope all is well with you!
Best,
Tina
Oh, I’d love to be part of one of the puppet shows. How fun!
Thanks, I love it.
LOVE IT! This will be my first ‘pin,’ thanks UM.
I’m so honored to be your first.
I’d be rich. At least, that’s what I choose to believe. Actually, that’s not true at all. I’d be broke as hell, but happy. Um… like I am now. Hm… I’m not good at this question.
Yep – that’s pretty much how I ended up writing, too! Love this.
I love this! Exactly how I feel!
That’s what I did too and became a dj. Good message.
I pinned this today on Pinterest and just love it…. I wrote “Just write!” 😉
Thank you, Bren!
Sometimes when i over think too much I end up being less productive and less creative. I need to remember to let go and let me be me. Did I just make sense? 😉
You did make sense, but then you questioned yourself.
A photographer. Well, one that makes a living at it I suppose.
I love this. 🙂
If I could get out of my own way I would take better photographs.
You are on your way with that one. I know it.
Thanks. I appreciate your encouragement.
Very interesting statement.
So true! I wish that I was better with punctuation because then i would feel much better about my “writing” skills. LOL
Love it! So pinable 🙂
Love every word of this!! 🙂
I can relate… love the white on black!
every word of the post is fantastic
Love it, feel exactly the same way!
I love this! Still learning how to “let go.” Great to meet you. 🙂 And Happy Mother’s Day!
