You are probably thinking…Unknown Mami, I just wouldn’t expect you to be a source for Michael Jordan quotes. To be honest, I find it a little surprising myself.
Here’s what happened: Awhile back I quoted Michael Jordan in a post about failure and ever since then, every single day, someone has found my blog by searching for Michael Jordan Quotes, Famous Michael Jordan Quotes, or some permutation of the term. It seems unfair to have someone click over for just one quote, so I decided to put together a few of my favorite quotes by Michael Jordan. The man knows more about success and failure than most of us.
I started this post with the quote that started it all, the original quote I posted, which is still my favorite. Here are a few other gems…

The quote about obstacles is my favorite; that has been my philosophy throughout my life, although I am still trying to find the way through the obstacles, at least I am able to go over or around them.

I have always like what Michael Jordan had to say. And he seems genuinely happy. I grew up in Chicago when he was a Bull’s player. Everyone liked him. I like your original one the best.

Jordan has a lot of wisdom. Failing is part of life. Falling, too. Once I fell off a stage as a teen, so I got up and continued on as if nothing had happened.
