The fires in Northern California have made the air in San Francisco truly toxic, code red kind of toxic. Normally, I go on walks Monday thru Friday, but the air has kept me indoors. I’ve been feeling all kinds of trapped. Luckily for us, we have family that recently moved to Monterey, California and they asked us to come by for the weekend to spend time together and get some respite from the air.
We rarely make it to Monterey so of course we had to stop by the Monterey Bay Aquarium and say hello to the underwater residents.

Lovely shots – hope you’re safe and the fires get undercontrol. It’s so terrible.
