Spent some time walking down 24th Street in Noe Valley and these are some images that I snapped with me cell phone. Can you believe there is still a pay phone out there? I almost NEVER see those anymore. Here’s the part where I date myself: I remember when calls on a pay phone used to cost 10 cents.

😀 We still have payphones all over the place. Funny thing – I remember how I didn’t have enough cash to afford making a call from a public phone! 😀
Lovely photos. How festive, Claudya!
The flower shops are so colorful and lovely.
We do have payphones where we live, though there are fewer than before.
Love that there is still a pay phone! I used to go down there for tea and thrifting.

Your eyes never go hungry in your city, do they?!
Nope, there is always a feast.
I can’t even remember the last time I’ve seen a true pay phone!
Very strange to find a pay phone these days. The battery on one of my phones several years ago would get whipped out when I would fly. It was off but dead when I landed. I had to search the airport for a phone which wasn’t easy at all at it was credit card only!
That’s a very cool mural!
Wow an honest to god pay phone! Thanks for all the bright colorful photos, what a great reminder that yes there are more colors besides brown, gold, white and blue….lol
