This weekend while I laid in bed coughing up disgustingness, the girls and my husband took advantage of a break in the rain and drove to Pacifica to visit Shelldance Orchid Gardens. I’ve never been, but after looking at the pictures they took, I would love to go check it out.
According to their website and one of the signs pictured above they are only open to the public on the weekends from 10 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or during special event programs.

Definitely a great place to visit alone or with the kids. I’m looking forward to visiting it myself in the near future now that my husband and daughters brought it to my attention.
