I’ve never really been into sports and that goes for both playing or watching them, but parenthood makes you do crazy things you swore you would never do because that is just so NOT like you. Bwahahahaha. Now, I willingly spend part of pretty much every weekend watching my kid run around a field after a ball. Color me surprised that I actually enjoy the experience. Being a soccer mom ain’t so bad.

I know the feeling. My girls did winter sports. I never thought I would be out there in the snow watching, but there I was.

My girls played Soccer one season, but I was really more of a Soccer Grandma. Two of my grandkids played season after season. I loved it.

You and me both but the difference here is that football usually means cold and wet which is not my ideal environment at all

I’m not a sport guy. I enjoy going to baseball games but it not a big priority. The kid sport that I spent the most time was baseball. Some soccer and bit of basketball. The one that I dislike the most for its boring meets was swimming. You spend most of your time watching other kids swim. If you don’t keep your eyes open you can miss your kid swim. However, I think swimming is great exercise and important to learn.
