Hola Chulas y Chulos! I have to tell you that my chancla and I are feeling all kinds of sad. We are so sad that Barak Obama is no longer our president and we’re certainly not the only ones. The heartache that so many of us feel because we have to say goodbye to a president that we respected, admired and were proud of is being expressed all over social media using #ThanksObama.
If you are not a fan of Barak Obama, that’s your prerogative, but let those of us who are have a minute to deal with our grief. You don’t have to understand why we feel the way we feel, but respect our feelings and have some compassion.
