I was in kindergarden on the first Earth Day. We all walked home from school that day. I totally forgot about it yesterday. But I do try to practice Earth Day every day.
I remember the first Earth Day; my school had a contest for designing the symbol for it. I don’t remember whether I entered or not, but I remember thinking the whole thing was pretty cool.
