Unknown Mami Gone Viral?

I’m vlogging! When I was in Miami, Carrie, one of the lovely writers of Tiki Tiki asked me to tell a story about my mother on camera. Perhaps, it was the heat or giddy atmosphere, but she didn’t have to twist my arm for very long. Today, she has posted the video and I would love it if you would go check it out, give Tiki Tiki some love, and let me know what you think. Click here to see the video!

Just watched the video…that is such an adorable story Mami! I can relate, because my mom speaks English, but sometimes things still get lost in translation when she applies her Tagalog to things. So funny! It's sweet though that she missed you that much.

What don't you carry your favorite paper bag with you? You should for times when video cameras are rolling.

Just think into the future and over on Put Pie's blog, she writes funny stories about her Mami who wore a bag on her head.
