It’s time to let the Universe know what it is that we want by making some Wednesday Wishes. It’s a good way to focus energy on the positive and attract abundance into our lives. I do this every week because it helps me touch base with the part of me that yearns and wants all things wonderful. I invite others to join me because I love sending positive energy their way and I know that abundance is for all of us not just some of us.
Here’s what I’m wishing for this week…
For myself:
- Hubby has been recuperating from his emergency surgery for an internal hernia. I’m grateful for the progress he has made and I hope that by the time he goes back to work, which will be next week, that he feels strong and energetic. He’s looking into other health-related issues that were brought to his attention because of the CT scan that he had in the emergency room. In my gut, I don’t think they are serious. Please let my gut be right.
- I’m going to the We Won’t Wait Summit next week thanks to the generosity of MomsRising.org. I am excited about the trip because the conference “will bring together over 1,000 community leaders and organizers from around the country to elevate the voices of women of color and low-income women.” It’s a big election year and these voices need to be heard. I want to motivate people to get out and vote this November. As excited as I am about going though, I am nervous about traveling from San Francisco, CA to the Washington, D.C. area because my anxiety issues have been rough on me the last few months. Regardless, I feel well and I’m motivated to travel. I am wishing for an easy trip with low to no anxiety. I also want my family to be taken care of while I’m gone.

For others:
- Tracey wishes that she didn’t miss Jasmine, whom she lost to suicide last year, so much. My wish is that she finds comfort and solace.
- Migdalia needs peace when dealing with toxic people. May she find a way to let that toxicity slide right off of her.
- Deborah is seeing an orthopedic specialist on Monday. She is hoping she does not need surgery.
- Sonia is wishing for truth, peace and stride for her children. She’s also kind enough to send me some well wishes. Much love back to her.
- Richard wants the mechanical problem to get fixed, por please.
- Will’s got some wonderfully big wishes that would benefit us all: “world peace, ethnic and gender equality, improved happiness and aloha for all.” Yes! On a personal level he would love to get his foot in the door as a part-time (BART) train operator.
- Kristina has been dealing with some drama and she’s over it. Please make the source of the drama go away.
- Abby has a treatment coming up for her eye condition, may it help tremendously.
- Lauren is wishing for peace in my heart and I am wishing for peace in hers.
That’s it for me this week. What are you wishing for?
