Funny San Francisco Latina Blogger

What up? (Fragmented Fridays)

Did I tell you that I am a contributor at Qué Rica Vida? Probably not unless you know me in real life or you follow me on Facebook.

I have a soft spot in my heart for Qué Rica Vida because in 2010 when they relaunched their website they invited me to Miami for the festivities. It was the very first trip that I took as a blogger and I felt like I had won the lottery without even buying a ticket.

There is another writing project that I am working on that I am not at liberty to tell you about yet, but I’m SUPER excited about.

What are you up to? Any projects your workin’ on that you want to tell me about? Oh come on, share something!

And now your Friday Fortune Cookie
(don’t forget to add “in bed” at the end, if you are so inclined):

Don’t worry about things that haven’t happened.

Oohhh! A secret writing project! I just sent in a creative non-fiction piece and some poems to literary journals. Fingers crossed, but no expectations.

You would make a great spy.  Teasing the other side with “I know a secret”.

That’s so exciting, hopefully it will mean more trips for you. My latest project has been to get my husband to the place where he can get off the couch without help and yesterday he did it. This progress means I can go back to work soon. I needed the time off but now I’m ready to go back.

I am back to delving into CSS coding on WP. Hubby chose to go self hosted WP for his website.  It is so different than blogger!! I was wondering if you had any suggestions for plugins that would be helpful? You have done this sort of thing much longer than I.

I think I remember that Florida trip. I was very new to the FF group then. Wow, that is two years ago, eh?? Neat!

Oh yeah, I’m sure I have all sorts of suggestions for plug-ins. Send me an email of anything you are interested in specifically.
