Let’s take a moment to vibrate on a higher frequency by letting the Universe know what we are wishing for because all the thoughts that you think have an effect on you and affect your reality. (<—Can we just take a moment to celebrate my proper usage of effect and affect? Damn, I should be a writer or something. OMAIGA, wait! Did I use them correctly? I’m confused. Breath, Claudya, breath. OK, effect is a noun and affect is a verb so I’m right! Or am I? How will this affect your perception of me? Or will it have no effect? OK, moving on…)
Now, you may not believe in all this law of attraction mumbo jumbo, but certainly you can acknowledge that focusing on the positive and what you want is far more pleasant than focusing on the negative and what you don’t want. Do yourself a favor and believe that you can have anything that your heart desires.
Here’s what I’m wishing for this week…
For myself:
- I’m grateful and feeling blessed. I’m facing things that I usually back away from and finding that the only reason some issues seem insurmountable is because I’m not breaking them down into small actionables. Let me remember that I can conquer my debt one bill at a time. Let me remember that I can manifest as much money into my life as I want. Let me remember that everything I want already exists. The money I want? It already exists. The joy I want to find in every day? It already exists. Love? It already exists. Good friendships? They already exist.
- It’s very hard for me to own that in less than a year, I’ve made an incredible amount of progress when it comes to my mental health. I want to acknowledge that I have put the effort and work in and that I deserve to celebrate how far I’ve come. Again, I am feeling grateful and blessed. Thank you, Universe. Thank you for all the people who helped me through the worst of it. Thank you for guiding me toward the help I needed. Thank you for my husband’s incredible health insurance. I notice all that you have sent my way and I do not take it for granted. I wish for everyone who faces mental health issues to get the help and support that they need.

For others:
- Please help Chuck’s son Jake feel better. Also, remind Chuck of what an incredible woman and mother she is and maybe send some breakfast in bed her way too.
- Migdalia needs patience because she’s got a case of teen in the family and you know how that is, Universe.
- Amber is ready and willing to accept an endless supply of work opportunities doing what she loves to do and excels at, thank you very much.
- Eileen’s friend Jenny and her family (she has four children) lost everything in a fire, but not their lives and that right there is EVERYTHING, but they do need help. There is a GoFundMe page set up for them. Compel people to give even if just a little to help this family that needs all the help they can get. Keep their spirits up and guide them to an even better place than they were before the fire.
- Carla’s heart is aching for all those who have been devastated by huaicos (mudslides) in Peru. More than half a million people have been affected and over 70 people have died as a result. The footage that has been shared is horrifying. Help these people, care for them, send them mild weather, health care, food, whatever they need.
- Andrea is radiating love. Make her love highly contagious. Spread an epidemic of love.
- Thank you for Helena’s serger. She’s ready to sew and sew and sew.
- Ron welcomes impeachment proceedings. I’m right there with him.
- Mari is praying for all those who have no one to pray for them. She wishes them peace “especially during this time of Lent.”
- Donna is wishing for order in her life. She’s ready for it. Remind her that order doesn’t come all at once, it comes piece by piece. Let her find her way to peace, piece by piece.
- Ian is waiting on Title 1 funding to complete his contract for next year. MAKE. IT. HAPPEN. I’m not shouting, Universe. I just want to make sure you hear me.
That’s it for me this week. What are you wishing for?
