The Flying Chancla Report: Emojis Your Latina Mom Would Approve Of

The Flying Chancla Report

Hola Chulas y Chulos! How are my favorite hijos de la chanclada doing? My chancla and I have gathered some gems for this week’s The Flying Chancla Report. Enjoy!

  • Usually, my chancla and I share Pero Like videos because they are like BWAJAJAJA kind of funny, but this one we’re sharing because it got us right in the feels. All those wonderful things our moms did for us when we lived with them that we took for granted and now that we are adults we miss so much. I don’t know about you, but every time I get sick I want my mami. I even want all the disgusting teas and remedios she bombarded me with, but I only want them if they are coming from my actual mami. I don’t want to make them for myself or anything.

  • Speaking of mamis, you can now send a concha to your mami via iMessage. Not to be confused with…
Concha tu madreYou would never want to send your mami a “concha tu madre” message. That would be beyond disrespectful and worthy of a gran chanclazo, which your mother could send you via iMessage as well thanks to The Tortilla Stick Pack available in the App Store for .99¢.Chancla from Tortilla Factory Sticker Pack

I got to try out the sticker pack because the creator, Eli Sergio Tarin, gifted it to me. My chancla and I get a lot of complimentary apps sent to us, but we rarely tell you about them because we rarely love them or think we’ll use them regularly. This one, however, is worth sharing.

These stickers are perfect for my Mexi-merican sensibilities. Now when someone texts me that they aren’t feeling well I can text back…

    Ponte Vicks y ya
