Facebook Funnies (Fragmented Fridays)

What did I do with all my random thoughts before Facebook? Did I incessantly share with whomever was around, did I keep them to myself? I don’t remember, but I do appreciate being able to turn random daily thoughts into Facebook funnies. This week I had a couple…

Funny Facebook Post

Something on my blog had gone “wrong” and it was driving me crazy, so I complained about it, sent emails, and tweeted, only to figure out that I am on occasion an idiot. The error was really a “user error” and instead of sending out apologies, I assuaged my guilty conscience on Facebook.

The next Facebook funny was inspired by all the internet and in real life buzz surrounding the book, Fifty Shades of Grey. I have not read the book and I have heard some who love it and some who say it is awful writing. All I know is that it is making all kinds of money and I want in on some of that action.

FB funnies

The best is when you make a Facebook funny and the funny comes back to you in the comments. Gotta love the interaction.

Funny FB comments

I hope you had some funnies in your week and that your weekend is filled with laughter.

And now your Friday Fortune Cookie
(don’t forget to add “in bed” at the end, if you are so inclined):

You will often play the fool.

Love you! And I can’t believe your “little” girl is going to college. Surely, mine will never grow up.

LOL. Two things I hear about that book, one is they are addicting and two is that they are not very well written. I imagine they capture some kind of fantasy that people want to engage in. So as long as there’s action under the paper bag, you’ve got it. Hey that can be the title of the 2nd book. Action Under the Paper Bag.

My 4 year old granddaughter says I should be on facebook however it is enough that I have a blog which my mother reads every day. This way she can keep up with not only my family but my daughter’s actingbalanced and her husband’s touristic blogs.

    Facebook is a social butterfly’s flower garden. It’s also apparently a comedian’s stage.haha

Eh, write the book. You never know what will be a hit. I mean, look at Harry Potter and such. Then I can say “I blogged her when…” and feel all sorts of important 😉 Then I can go on talk shows and say “I knew her as just a paper bag, then she lifted the bag and showed us the real Mami…” see, I am all set for my debut!!!

😀 I would definitely like 50 shades of Paper Bag. With the nudity. With action.

I know just what you mean about committing an error and blaming everyone and everything else before realizing it was a user error. 😮 As for your naughty book idea–I for one am most comfortable with the idea of a paper bag concealing my rather chunky nakedness, so I say go for it. It would probably be a hit! 😀

Hilarious! I saw that on Facebook too… funny what people come up with. I couldn’t come up with anything clever… Oh Well, my other sister Marlo was telling me about the books last night and how she read all three. She seemed to enjoy the books and can understand why many woman like it. Mommy porn she called it. Not my cup of tea. Lol! Anyhow, love the flow of this entry.. ending with a fortune cookie for all of us to enjoy!
