I don’t wear much jewelry, but I love a BIG CHUNKY RING and you will rarely see me without one.
I got this big wooden ring somewhere on Haight Street in San Franisco for about $5. My mom actually bought it for me a few years ago and right now it’s my go-to ring. I seem to go through phases with my rings. I wear one until I’m ready to move on to another.
I just love looking down at my hands throughout the day and seeing a bit of frivolity. Whether I’m washing dishes, changing diapers, or blogging, it’s nice to see a fun aspect of my fashion personality on display.

I love big chunky rings. I’d love a huge diamond one like that but think I’ll have to settle for one of the dress rings instead!
The funny thing is that if you did have a big diamond ring like that, people would probably thing it was paste.
I don’t wear big rings. Really the only ring I wear is my wedding/engagement ring.
I do like the way they look on other people. Just not myself.
Hip hop guys love big bling rings, so yeah I wear them but never around the house. 😀
I don’t get out much so if I don’t occasionally wear them around the house, I’ll never see them.
i do love big rings. i have short fingers and small hands tho, so not sure if they look right on me, but i will wear them anyway.
I have a pandora bracelet that I love. The only ring I wear is my wedding ring. I wish my diamond was a big as your chunky ring! 😉
I seldom wear rings at all these days….not for any particular reason. Your idea of seeing them as a bit of frivolity makes me want to go look for the ones I have and start wearing them more.

I love rings! I don’t do well with chunky rings though because my hands are little and short…the big rings cover over my knuckles and I can bend my fingers. 🙂 I like you ring though.
I love “junk” joolry. I wear a spiral ring on my left thumb and love it. Got three chunky ones. 😀 I also like large rings for the ears – some of my friends call them bird perches. :P. I agree some pieces of jewelry are comforting-feel-good-adrenalizing.

I don’t usually go for the big clunky chunky rings… probably because I’m a hands person using sign language and would frequently give myself bruises all over my face with them. However… my mother got me a ring for my 40th birthday that is bigger than I am used to, and I love it. It has a big swarovski stone in the middle surrounded by smaller stones, and I love that it sparkles. It makes my hand sparkle. I wear it everyday…. EVERYDAY!!!

I hardly ever wear jewelry…I don’t even wear my engagement and wedding rings because I’m allergic to them. I love looking at them on others, though.

I have some pretty rings that I wear all the time.. except my pink sapphire one…it just doesn’t ‘go’ with the other ones. Oh and I can’t get it on me finger any more…. I think that’s more to the point! lol
