What fabulous photos! My son loves mushrooms but I am not crazy about cooking them..no – it is the cleaning that bugs me. I am not too fond of the smell either. 🙂 Now, the next time I cook them for him, I’ll keep this mental image! 😀 Hugs!

They always look good to me too, but I’m not savvy enough to know which ones are safe to eat, so I get mine at the store.

My husband does make some great mushroom risotto, but we don’t tend to grow our own mushrooms.

I can’t never tell which mushrooms are for eating and which ones aren’t.
We have had so many mushrooms too. I saw three different kinds in our backyard. I guess the mushrooms are getting frisky these days. 🙂
