Aww, thank you. I do my best with the photo skills I have. I love taking pictures, but feel like I never have time to learn much of the technical aspects of it all. Regardless, I’ll keep on clickin’.
Put Pie got this one for Christmas. Her dad was born and raised in Hawaii where ukuleles have never gone out of style. Now we just need to learn how to play it.
You probably already watched Mrs. 4444 daughter’s skills on it. If not you should check out her video. I tried to learn bass guitar back when I was a rockstar wannabe. It only had 4 strings too. I just don’t have the music gene.
The best husband does, and he’s teaching our son. He teaches it to his class at school, they have a class set. When you stand outside the class to listen, it makes me think of Hawaii…
My 15 month old loves his ukulele! One rainy day I showed him my husband’s guitar to keep him busy and he has been in love with any string instrument since. Great photos.
No, I don’t play… but I’ve been known to love the guitar. Funny coming from a deaf gal? Yeah, I know. I just love the vibrations. I would buy a guitar for myself just to sit and strum the strings and feel the vibrations. But *shrugs*

I tried as a kid, but like many things gave up because it seemed like to much hard work at the time.

Great photos! I love the last one with Put Pie in the little basket – love the color combos too. She’s super stylin!
I don’t play but I do like the ukulele version of Over the Rainbow – makes me all teary. It’s so simple and so beautiful.

Oh, so cute! My son’s teacher plays and posts videos on YouTube. She’s really talented. My dad played in gift shops in Hawaii as a college kid!
