Soda pop is not good for you. You know that, right? I grew up addicted to soda and it was not an easy habit to kick.
I drink plenty of water, I love water, can’t get enough of water, it is my drink of choice, but every once in awhile I want some fizz in my drink. It is really easy to give in to temptation. Giving up sodas takes some time, doesn’t it? A couple years ago I started weaning off sodas. I haven’t had one in a long time now and am not craving them any longer. Good for you taking care of your body and overcoming such tough addictions.

I have managed to get myself cut down on soda, other then once in a great while. With my health issues it is one thing that had to go. I love water, and tea of choice. This would be great for me.
