Sundays In My City

SDC14008SDC14015SDC14010SDC14031SDC14011SDC14033SDC14013SDC14029

Close your eyes,
Have no fear,
The monsters gone,
He’s on the run and your daddy’s here,
Beautiful,
Beautiful, beautiful,
Beautiful [Girl],
Before you go to sleep,
Say a little prayer,
Every day in every way,
It’s getting better and better,
Beautiful,
Beautiful, beautiful,
Beautiful [Girl],
Out on the ocean sailing away,
I can hardly wait,
To see you to come of age,
But I guess we’ll both,
Just have to be patient,
Yes it’s a long way to go,
But in the meantime,
Before you cross the street,
Take my hand,
Life is just what happens to you,
While your busy making other plans,
Beautiful,
Beautiful, beautiful,
Beautiful [Girl],
Darling,
Darling,
Darling [Put Pie].
–John Lennon

Very nice poem. Great dads are a great commodity.

    Hi,

Happy Sunday. I have no pics to share. I'm in home renovations up to my ears…..I just wanted to take a few minutes to say how your little girl is growing and is looking cuter every day. The poem sounds like a song I heard once. Could it be? Hope you are enjoying your weekend!

UNKNOWN MAMI – You just gave me a heart attack! I thought I missed Father's Day. (Not missed it, but didn't do anything for it. You know what I mean.)

I love those photographs of Put Pie on the skateboard. So sweet.

Always love your pics of Put-Pie! He's such a good Daddy! What is the process called when your picture is all grey and looks like it was hand drawn? Is it hand drawn? It is very unique, and I really like it!

So cute! It's nice to see a good Daddy! Sorry I haven't participated last two Sundays.. we're moving this coming weekend (the 19th) and packing takes up a lot of my time. When I'm not packing, I'm lazing around doing nothing because I'm tired from all the packing I've just finished!

I love SIMC and will be back!
