054Happy 4th of July from San Francisco, CA!

I showed you mine, now you show me yours.

Share your city/town/suburb/you name it! If you link up, please link back or post the Sundays In My City button either in your post or sidebar to let people know that other bloggers are sharing their communities too. Happy trails!

Let’s travel the world together!

Grab the code from my sidebar even if you already have it because the old code no longer works.

When linking up please add the URL to your actual post NOT your homepage. Do this by clicking the title of your post after you hit publish, an extended URL will come up in the address bar, paste that URL into the Linky form.

P.S. If you have been following me through Google Friend Connect since before my move to WordPress, chances are my feed is no longer updating on your dashboard or reader. If that is the case, will you pretty please un-follow then re-follow while you are here? That will fix the feed issues. Thank you!

Wow, that is a beautiful merry go round. Our town recently got rid of one of those and sold each piece for like $15,000. It was over 100 years old.

Is the carousel in Golden Gate Park? Nice pictures. Wherever it is, they sure take care of the animals on the carousel. Hope you and your family have a great fourth of July, Mami.

I love carousels. Too bad so many of them are being sold off. There goes history again. And the artwork is beautiful. Be nice to leave them where we can all enjoy the beauty instead of selling them off to private collectors.

Try grabbing the code from my sidebar instead of the code in my post. For some reason the code in the post is adding extra quotation marks when being copied. I'm sorry.
