- My chancla and I just found out that on August 26, Latina.com will be debuting a comedy series called “Fix Yo Life” starring Jesenia and Jenni. Here’s a teaser to get you excited about the series.
If you are not familiar with Jesenia and Jenni Ruiza all you need to know is that they are funny AF. The first time my chancla and I came across them was a couple of years ago when we watched their “Latino Stereotypes for Dummies” video. Press play and check it out for yourself.

- It seems that Antonio Banderas was so excited about Jesenia and Jenni having a new show that he got together with Barbara Streisand to sing a duet in their honor. OK, that’s not really what happened. The truth is that Antonio Banderas will be featured singing a duet on Barbara Streisand’s new album “Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway” debuting on August 26. Here’s some behind the scenes footage of how Antonio Banderas came to be involved.
Can you believe both of these creative endeavors are dropping on August 26? Honestly my chancla and I are more excited about Jesenia and Jenni’s show than Barbara’s album. We’re not the biggest fans of songs from musicals, except for songs from “Hamilton,” of course.

Jesenia and Jenni are so funny, I am going to have to watch that show. Although I do like some of Streisand’s songs and Antonio Banderas has a beautiful voice, I would much rather see him than hear him. So I agree Jesenia and Jenni’s show is much more exciting.
Just don’t tell Antonio or Barbara what I said. Hee hee.
