Someone really wanted a cool pencil case. What better place to look for one than at Japantown?

I live in Japan, and I enjoyed your photos of Japantown. You’d be amazed to know how much the Japanese love cherry blossoms.
The Japanese landscape so artistically! In Huntington Library there is a beautiful Japanese Garden. I love the tower you captured! How do you get your photos so big? So, did someone get her color pencils?
I lived in San Francisco for 15 years. I don’t remember Japantown. Your photos are lovely.
Japantown was always one of my favorite places! We used to go there at least once a month. Beautiful pics, as always!

Beautiful – Japan Town. In the third photo – what is near his right hand?
I do believe that is Luna Pie swinging from his right hand.
Lovely.
Makes me WANT sun, warmth, & blossoms! xx
I lived in SF too and don’t recall ever being to Japantown. Thanks for showing us around.

On my few visits to SF I’ve never been to that area. I can make out the words “interned by injustice” on the memorial. The treatment of American Japanese families in WW2 was a sad and unjust act by our government. I’m glad you included the pic.
I’d heard of Chinatown, but never Japantown. You’re so lucky….
Wonderful photos! Very pretty flowers!
I love cherry blossom trees. They bloom around the white house too. It’s a gorgeous view!
Sounds like the perfect place to go to find one!
I’ve visited Chinatown but never Japan town and next time I stop at S.F. I will see if I can find it. 🙂
I am mostly down in Santa Rosa. 🙂
Great pictures!

I would like a cool pencil case too. San Fran’s Japantown is a great place 🙂
I love the tower you captured! How do you get your photos so big? So, did someone get her color pencils? http://num.to/834-920-855-150
