Wednesday Wishes

Wednesday Wishes

Hope seems to be in short supply as of late, but hope is like a muscle; it needs to be exercised to grow. I grow my hope by wishing and I invite you to do the same by making Wednesday Wishes with me and my bunch of wishful wishers.

Here’s what I’m wishing for this week…

For myself:

  • I’ve been dealing with serious anxiety issues for a couple of weeks, but I am happy to report that the last couple of nights (because nights are when it’s the worst) have been better. I seem to be on the upswing and back to my normal. Thank you, Universe. Please keep the momentum going.
  • My youngest, Luna Pie, isn’t feeling well. Help her get back to healthy ASAP.

For others:

  • Kristina is still open to LOVE. May she find someone wonderful.
  • Nadia is either looking for a great job with a 401K and health insurance or a boyfriend with a 401K and health insurance. I’m pretty sure you know which one she’s really in the market for so set it up for her, ‘kay?
  • Will is still on the quest for a career-worthy job. Please help him on this front. He’s feeling a bit beat up by the whole process and how long it’s taking. Help him stay positive along the way. He’s also wishing for my peace of mind and I will take ALL of that, please.
  • Emily is going through one of those moments in life when jealousy gets the best of us because hello, we’re social animals and notice mierda. Her wish is not to sweat the small stuff. I don’t know the exact details behind the situation that is causing her to feel left out-ish, but they don’t matter in the long run. She’s taking a moment to deal with her feelings and then she’s going to get on with her awesome self. My wish is that she practices some loving kindness toward herself.
  • Mario is wishing for a new relationship with someone worthy. Don’t you dare settle for anyone less than worthy, Mario.
  • Sheryl is all about wishing me peace from my anxiety and that my mind gives me quiet moments so that I can enjoy the things that make me happy. I wish the same for her times infinity.
  • Taca wants stay focused on her goals as she gets easily distracted. Taca, I am not the Universe, but might I suggerst making reminders for yourself to help you stay focused? I have a place in my office where I write down my goals or words that remind me of my goals so that I am constantly seeing them in writing. Sounds hokey, but it works for me.
  • Monica would like a job that makes her feel excited every morning.
  • Sharice could use an extremely well-paying job with benefits. May I add that it be a job that she is happy to go to and where she feels appreciated?
  • Kelly is wishing for wisdom while navigating transition. I have no doubt the wisdom she is seeking is already within her. Help her tap into it and trust herself. Also remind her that sometimes when we are faced with choices, we think that one is “good” and the other one is “bad” when in reality they are sometimes just different.

That’s it for me this week. What are you wishing for?
