I’m in some kind of a funky mood as I write this and I don’t mean like the kind of funk that makes you want to dance to Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson, I mean a nasty unpleasant can’t even stand to be around myself kind of mood. Seems like a good time to focus on some positivity and make some Wednesday wishes.
Here’s what I’m wishing for this week:
1. My skin is a mess. I have psoriasis and acne flaring up and I’d love some relief. I just slathered some honey on my psoriasis because my husband suggested it might help. I hope it does and I hope my skin in general calms down.
2. I mentioned I was in a bad mood. Today I noticed that it is WAY too easy for me to let a tiny bump in the metaphorical road of my life make me go from zero to pissed off and upset at hyper speed. What is the point of that? I notice something has gone wrong or someone made a mistake and it’s not in my favor and before I even start dealing with it, I’ve had imaginary arguments in my head with imaginary people over it. Take a breath, Claudya. It might not be all that hard to deal with at all and you are pissing yourself off for nothing. Patience and a positive outlook is what I’m wishing for.
3. Energy. I’ve increased my exercise and I’ve noticed a difference in energy. I have much more of it and I like it. I’ll keep exercising, please keep sending the energy.
