Wednesday Wishes

It’s that time of the week when I like to make some Wednesday Wishes. It’s how I tell the Universe what it is that I want and I want to encourage you do to the same because ain’t no one makin’ wishes on your behalf, you gots to do it yourself. I said it before and I’ll say it forever: “The Universe is abundant.” Giving to those who want and need and ask is kind of the Universe’s thing, so hop on this wishing train right now. ALL ABOARD!

Here’s what I’m wishing for this week:

1. I want to double this blog’s traffic by the end of the year. I reconnected with an old friend and he got me all fired up about setting business goals, so why the heck not? I’ve already put in some work on the back end to optimize things and I’ll keep on producing new stuff as well as promoting evergreen posts to double the amount of visitors that are coming because I love company.

2. I want to become a badass at self promotion. What is the point of working hard and then being too embarrassed to promote your own work because of el qué dirán? Well, Universe thank you for putting this Marie Forleo video in my path because right on, right on!

3. This one is for my brother. My brother called and he’s doing really well. He’s been doing well for a significant enough time that well might now be his new normal. Universe, I’m hoping that you continue to reward him for his hard work and that he stays strong. My wish is that his addictions never get the better of him again. Thank you.
