Wednesday Wishes

Wednesday Wishes

It’s time for me to make some Wednesday Wishes. I do it every freakin’ week. Why? Because I genuinely believe the Universe is abundant and loves getting requests. So here go some wishes for myself and others as well.

For myself…

  • I’ve been exercising regularly for almost three weeks now. It wasn’t part of any New Year’s resolution or anything, I just bought myself an exercise desk and I’ve been riding it while I check email or do other things on the computer. I can feel myself getting stronger and I like it. My wish is that I keep at it because WOO HOO!
  • I’m going on a field trip with four second grade classrooms. May we all have a great time and survive.

For others…

  • I just found out that a dear friend of mine has been laid off and I KNOW what that feels like. Help her through this, Universe. Help her process all the messy emotions and fears that come with the territory and help her find her way to something even better. She has mad skills so I’m not worried about that, I just want you to help her get to something wonderful.

  • Ariana needs more Whataburger in her life and a big juicy tax return too, please.
  • Tara’s son got a new job and our wishes for him are that it’s a good fit, that he thrives and that they appreciate the heck out of him.
  • I’m joining Laurie in wishing that the hungry get fed and that the stigma associated with being poor vanishes. Poverty is not a reflection of a person’s worth and we know there is enough food for us all so help us out with this, Universe. We’ll work toward these goals individually, but we sure could use your help inspiring others to help as well.
  • Bryanne needs help dealing with a rat that was left behind in her son’s room by maintenance workers. Can you make it so that her husband finds it and deals with it right quick? Thank you!

That’s it for me this week. What are you wishing for?

Congratulations on the three weeks of exercising! I’ve been telling myself for the last three weeks that I was going to start! Ha! Maybe tomorrow.
    Happy New Year, Mami!

Thank you for the encouragement. I’m exercising while I write this so I can say I’m still at it and feel quite motivated lately. Happy New Year!
