Wednesday Wishes

Wednesday WishesDo me a favor, take a deep breath. Do you you smell that? It’s like the air is thick with anticipation and wishes. Smells like possibility to me. Let’s take advantage and make some Wednesday Wishes.

Here’s what I’m wishing for this week…

For myself:

  • May is my month, Universe! It’s the month I was born in, it’s the month of Mother’s Day and so far ain’t nothin’ celebratory goin’ on over here. Get me out of this FUNK like PRONTO…please and thank you mucho.
  • The “maintenance required” light came on in my car, if you could keep the cost involved with that on the reasonable side I’d be most grateful.

For others:

  • Can we make it so that Chuck’s daughter and fourth grade camp are a match made in heaven? Chuck would love for her daughter to feel confident throughout.
  • My lovely friend Jeannette wants PEACE. Send peace of mind, body and spirit please.
  • Denise needs her house to sell within the next couple of months. Help her stay grounded and hopeful through the process.
  • Bryanne made me cry tears of happiness, tears of gratitude, tears of joy by wishing for the following: “Please wish that my new friend Claudya sees how wonderful she is and knows that every time she opens up and shares her true self with the rest of us, we are inspired and moved.” Seriously, Universe?! Does she not know how easily I cry? But since that’s her wish, I think you should grant it. I will gladly accept.
  • As if I wasn’t already crying, Liz chimes in to wish for the same as Bryanne and adds some compliments on top of the wish sundae being prepared for me. I don’t know what I did to deserve such kindness and support, but I am BEYOND grateful..and I might be crying…AGAIN.
  • Monique continues on her self-care journey (may it be a lifelong one). Her immediate focus is on the way she is nourishing and feeding her body. Help her get through the first couple of weeks on her current program and give her the strength to easily complete the remaining four weeks after that. I am loving that she is taking care of herself and being vocal about it thus inspiring others to do the same.
  • Chris has a big wish, but not an impossible one (hopefully). Chris wants this country to get a “strong, honest and honorable leader.” We would all benefit greatly, Universe.
  • Sili, is wishing for a wonderful Mother’s Day and she certainly deserves it. Her other wish is that her house gets magically organized. Now, I know places don’t organize themselves, so I am going to modify that wish to perhaps her treating herself to a little paid help in that area. You know like maybe that could be her Mother’s Day gift to herself, to hire someone to come over and magically organize some things while she gets a pedicure. She doesn’t have to spend a bundle. I think it’s totally doable.
  • Xochitl wants to see me soon and I have no objections to that wish so let’s make it happen!
  • Jay wants a girls’ weekend. Maura and Bryanne are in a position to help her out with that. Do it ladies! I wish I could join you. Seriously, DO IT!
  • Jennifer is wishing and praying for the well-being of her co-worker’s hubby who was cancer-free for 13 years and just found out his colon cancer is back. Send them all love, health, support and comfort.
  • Mari, reached out with this wish before I even put a call out for wishes: “If you are collecting wishes for tomorrow, mine is that you will wake up and feel the love pouring from all your family and friends! especially your new friends, like me! BESOS!!” The funny thing is that she helped that wish come true. I am overflowing with all the love being sent my way that it keeps pouring out of my eyes.
  • Deborah has a keynote speech coming up. We know she’s good, so she doesn’t need help in that area. What would be wonderful is if you let spirit take over while she’s speaking so that she can be a pure channel of insight and wisdom that resonates deeply with all those who NEED to hear the message she is delivering. Also, help her heal from loss and loss and loss.
  • Maria is patiently and eagerly waiting for you to send abundant funding for LifeCamp so she can help caregivers.
  • Nicole’s wish is complicated and has quite the backstory, but for her it breaks down to this: “My friends’ daughter has just been denied the right to represent my country in the Olympics through the machinations of a sorry excuse for a sport federation. Her name was literally pulled in the dead of night while she was in Rio.” My wish is for compassion for the athletes whose dreams are being trampled on and that something like this never happens again.
  • Patty wants more funny Snapchats from me (shameless plug…Snapchat: TheUnknownMami)! I can deliver on that, so why don’t you focus on helping her find an awesome new home?

That’s it for me this week. What are you wishing for?
